Service Commitment
Every individual responds differently to treatment. The policies below describe our administrative and refund practices — they are not a guarantee of any medical outcome.
Vein Access
Our nurses will attempt IV access up to two times. If unsuccessful, you will not be charged for the IV placement.
Medical Screening Fee
New clients are charged a $30 non-refundable medical screening fee at checkout, valid for one year from the date of your first appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least two hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling keeps your screening fee tied to the new appointment. Cancelling without rescheduling forfeits the $30 screening fee; cancelling within two hours of your appointment also incurs 50% of the appointment fee.
Refunds
Once a treatment has been administered, it is non-refundable, as the service and supplies have been provided at the time of treatment.
